Something about this Sunday morning is so pristine. ^^

Yesterday I attended my first ever LCG! I felt absolutely wonderful when I was there. So far, the 24 hours I've been given daily seem so much more crammed then they were before. Sometimes I feel pooped, working outside and in the church can be exhaustive! But life has also been extrememly meaningful nowadays. After all, the verse Nehimiah 8:10 quotes: "Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength."

Ah! Congrats to all those who did well for your 'O' levels! Whatever marks you get, bear in mind that if you lean on God, he has plans to prosper you and not to harm you!

My results were pretty good. 13 points for my L1R5 and 8 points for my L1B4. Praise God! Looks like I can go where I would have liked too. I do hope to be a nurse, because there aren't enough nurses in Singapore. They say nursing is tough. You have to go about tending to people who may spread their illness to you, cleaning them up, jabbing people (ouch!) and get insulted by patients. No kidding, I once got barked at by an irritatable patient over the phone and I was shivering in fright =P. But then again, I've been told by various people that I have that "nurse-sort-of" face. (Yeah, even with my hair dyed...)

There have been other things I have been doing such as going for a concert with my friends and a Bible study my friend brought me too. I really enjoyed it and it makes me realise that I have to extend my borders beyond my own church. There are other Christians out there and they are God's children like us indeed!

Okay, enough rambling. Time for me to freshen up and go.

Likes: Things/people/creatures/places that are generally non-big, non-violent, non-intrusive and non-loud (if there's such a thing). On top of that I like books, sweets, church, fluffy toys and rainy weather. Erm... I like alot of other things too...
Dislikes: Cockroaches? And the fact that people always give me pink things. (I like blue, green, mauve and white people).
Hobbies: Drawing. Writing. Spending time alone. ^-^
Wishes: I wish someone would write a story for me (fat hope), teach me how to cook, do sudoku, the rubix cube, the magic square and to write with my left hand. I'd like to see the night sky in NewZealand and that Singapore won't sink under the sea.
