Musings /8:36 PM
Doesn't this tune sound familiar?
I was searching high and low for a pretty tune to fit this pretty background. Was going along the lines of dreamy but couldn't find anything to fit. Everything I uncovered was either too soft or whispery... But this sudden idea struck me. Then I was like: "Why not? It could work." Nothing does dreamland mix toyfactory the way maple does. ^^ This song is from the PQ room in Eos, and it gives this dreamy, light touch to the blog without coming forth as too fairytale or trite.
I can almost imagine the girl's chair floating off and carrying her with it.
A floating chair >.< I'd love to have that!
(And yes, my favourite land in the whole map of maple is Ludibrium. Lots of people think its too cheery, but I like the walking toys. Yes, walking toys >.< Muchlove, muchlove. When I set my room up I'll make it look as Ludi-like as possible. Hah! That would be fun.)
These days I've been too busy to think of my story. Currently I'm embarking on a couple of projects in one go and my schedule feels as if I've shoved it down a tightened cosert. It was disrupted when my mum suddenly announced we were going to paint the house. Things got really bad when I painted a wall, forgot that I painted it and leaned on it! There was a Melissa print on the wall and I had to coat it a second time (and I had a very large smudge on my own clothing...). >.< I wish I wasn't so forgetful.
Originally I intended to go hunting for a few trinkets, but that has to be postponed (and at the rate things are going that may never come to pass). There are lyrics I need to get ready, outings I need to plan, cell leaders I need to call, a manga which is waiting for me to scribble the first chapter into existance and a couple of friends I hope to contact since we haven't spoken to each other in ages... if you'd date from the 9th of Feburary and count that as ages.
Currently I'm slacking off a bit from coating laquer and scraping floors. The smell of the laquer is terribly pungent and it causes my nose to tickle (or otherwise I feel plain sick). But it looks like its time to get back to work.
My musing ends here. Tata.
